For placements at our partner universities, students pay no service fee – our work is paid by the university. You only pay what applies anyway: the university's tuition, authority and visa fees, blocked account and health insurance.
We've been doing this for years. Now we're doing it right.
Long before this became an offer, we guided students and professionals from our own circles to Germany – out of conviction, not for pay. Applications, blocked account, visa, arrival: we know every step because we have walked it many times.
Along the way we kept seeing the same thing: agencies abroad charging families inflated fees – for incomplete files, wrong study programs and promises nobody can keep. Young people lose money, time and sometimes their dream of studying.
That is why we are turning it into an official service – with clear rules: the whole process is published openly on this page, students pay no service fee at partner universities, and what we cannot guarantee, we do not promise.

We deliver vetted, fully prepared international students – from India, South and Southeast Asia, the Western Balkans and further markets. Unlike classic overseas agencies we work from inside Germany, with authority experience: applications arrive complete, visa procedures don't fail on formalities, students actually arrive.

What does the placement cost me?+
At our partner universities: nothing – no service fee; the university pays for our work. Regular costs (tuition, visa fees, blocked account, insurance) are paid by you directly to the respective providers; we list them all up front.
Do you guarantee admission or a visa?+
No – universities and authorities alone decide, and no reputable provider can guarantee this. What you can rely on: complete, correct files and a process without avoidable delays.
Do I need a blocked account?+
In most cases yes – as proof of funds for the student visa (guide value around €11,900 for one year, as of 2026). Exceptions include scholarships or a formal sponsor declaration. We clarify your case in the initial assessment.
Can I work alongside my studies?+
Yes – students in Germany may work 140 full or 280 half days per year (as of 2026); working-student jobs are common. The blocked account must still be in place before the visa; a side job does not replace proof of funds.
What happens if the visa is refused?+
At partner universities you have paid us nothing – so no service fee is lost. Authority and provider fees (visa fee, blocked-account setup) follow each provider's rules; blocked-account balances are returned after refusal per the provider's process. A remonstration or a new, stronger application is often possible – we tell you honestly whether it is worth it.
Can my parents talk to you too?+
Absolutely. We explain the whole process and every cost to parents in a joint video call – in German or English. Decisions about money should be understood by everyone paying for them.
Is my money safe with you?+
We never hold your money in the first place: the blocked account is your own account with the provider, tuition goes directly to the university, insurance directly to the insurer. Where a service fee applies (outside the partner network), it is fixed in writing beforehand – German consumer law, including withdrawal rights, applies.
