I know both sides.
For years I examined and decided on residence applications at the City of Karlsruhe immigration office – first as a legal caseworker, then as section head for immigration law. I know from practice where applications most often fail: incomplete documents, wrong forms, missed deadlines.
My job today is to rule out precisely these avoidable mistakes from the start. Every procedure is prepared the way I would have wanted it on my own desk back then.
I have also passed on my knowledge – as a lecturer in immigration law at the administration school of the Gemeindetag Baden-Württemberg. Today I combine this administrative experience with international recruiting and personal guidance for people and companies through their migration and integration procedures.
